Immediately resolved problem with the product with no hassles whatsoever.

We took the phone to AT&T where they were unable to activate the phone on our service. This could signify that the phone is either locked or is not compatible with the AT&T network. We've tried many time spending countless hours trying to remedy the issue with no avail, and would like to return the device.
