Received 1 of 2 Pantech Breakouts ordered from this seller. First, I sent a question to the seller just after placing this order which was not returned (see other comments on this seller for their history of lack of response to querries). I received the phone today and it was missing the cover for the charge port and had more than a few scratches. I would have expected this to be listed this as "fair" due to the missing port and amount of scratches. Phone appears to be functional. Would have rated 4 out of 5 for the phone condition, but removed 1 star due to lack of communication response.

Once the next business day arrived, the seller contacted me to let me know the order had been shipped, and it arrived in very good condition. The checklist to go through was very helpful and I am very pleased with the service. The seller even offers a refund within 30 days if things didn't work, which was very comforting.
