Phone was received promptly and communications were timely. There were some blemishes on the screen (couple of chips in the glass on the edge) that were not detailed out in the description or shown in pictures. Since other listings pointed these types of flaws out I was surprised when I saw them, and I would have liked to have known about them before purchase so that is why I gave 4 stars. I wrote the seller and they replied that the chips are why it was not considered "mint" and it could be returned but my daughter (who it was for) decided to keep it so far. It is nice that they offer a 30 day return in case she changes her mind.

Received in a timely manner and phone was indeed in mint condition. I looked closely to inspect any dings or scratches and none were present.
Seller was very prompt and pleasant with emails and answered any questions I had very quickly.

Phone works nicely and I am very satisfied with my purchase and will/would do further business because of the promptness and speed they handled the questions of my emails and shipping.
