CellPhone Doctor

I was initially sent the wrong device - same model, but not the one I chose from the pictures (I had selected the one with the least damage, and could tell by the physical condition of the phone it was not the one I had ordered). I immediately brought it to the attention of Cell Phone Doctor. After some delay and a lot of back and forth (I needed to get Swappa staff involved to confirm that I'd been sent the wrong device before it was acknowledged by Cell Phone Doctor) they did correct the mistake by offering a discount, paying for return shipment of the incorrect device, and shipping me the correct device. I am happy with the device I eventually received. I think this is a trustworthy seller, and I give them the benefit of the doubt that it's easy to mix up near-identical devices, but a closer attention to detail and faster responses would have improved my experience.

My only complaint is that the device does not have as good a signal as my HTC One did, but that is not the seller's fault.

Good service and product provided with one major exception. The charger they sent with my phone was not the one shown in the product pictures. Not only was this misleading, but the charger they provided me with caused serious issues with the phone. I had to spend money on an actual good charger and throw away the piece of junk they sent me. Contacted them about it and they would not provide me with the charger they used in the pictures. That is not satisfactory customer service in my opinion.
