The first phone they sent was not in good condition, with scratches all over. But when I contacted them, they apologized and swiftly sent another unit, which I was ultimately pleased with. I hope they will keep that great customer support level in the future. Now I will see how long the phone will last with my great care.

was working fine until the screen blacks out after a call but wait a few minutes and screen comes back. volume goes down at will. i turn it back up and it goes back down. happens from time to time.

Not the phone promised. I received a AT&T phone instead of an unlocked phone.
