The seller was very responsive to my concerns (had gotten 2 previous phones from other avenues that were mfd for Japan and could not have the camera shutter muted) and answered all emails promptly, including ones that were sent over the weekend. Phone was in really good condition, I'd consider it better than what you'd expect for a used phone. Good value. A few very minor dings/scratches on the edges and corners but that gets covered up with a case anyways! Screen was flawless. Seller shipped priority mail so it arrived in 2 days which was perfect!

I have shopped through Swappa before and this was not a great shopping experience. The seller had multiple phones he was selling and posted pictures of only the front and back of what I am assuming was the phone in the best condition. However, we didn't receive that specific phone and ours came with dents/scratches all over the sides and corners. Additionally, the back bottom plate was attached with double stick tape and fell off multiple times. Needless to say we weren't thrilled with our experience. But if you are going to put a phone case over it then you wouldn't be able to tell. I would have said this phone was in 'fair' not 'good' condition.
