Phone was not in mint condition as advertised, the back and front panels had gaps from the adhesive coming loose, which compromised the IP68 waterproof rating that was one of the reasons we bought this phone. Also signs of wear on the front panel towards the top of the display. Disappointed.

Update: charger port works it just doesn't notify you that it's charging. update: it's not working ????

It' actually better than described.

When I received this phone it was not in the condition I expected. I contacted seller and they immediately replied, provided a shipping label to return device for a full refund at no cost to me. I would absolutely order from them again and have ordered from them in the past.
