So far I have been very satisfied in my dealings with Swappa. I have only ordered phones with a rating of "Good," and I have received high quality products.
Everything was acceptable and it is as the description described it. I am very pleased and satisfied.
PHONE WAS REFURBISHED WITH A TERRIBLY REPLACED SCREEN. HAD NASTY STICKY STUFF NEXT TO PORTS TOO. DESCRIPTION DIDN'T SAY REFURBISHED. HIS OTHER PHONES ARE PROBABLY REFURBISHED TOO. BUYER BE WARE

Shipping Policies
Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.
Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
