This phone seemed in mint condition and i'm very not satisfied with it. It was for my Mother and when she talked to someone on the phone, everyone says that her voice sounds very unclear and high-pitched, and sometimes it's breaking up. It seems the microphone inside the phone has a problem. The reason i cannot return this is, my mother dropped the phone while she was taking it out of its case because people were not catching her voice and the screen cracked. I should've returned this as soon as we tried the first call. And now i realized that the phones in mint condition in Swappa are just repaired phones by unauthorized, random people. I'm very disappointed and I won't use Swappa again.
