Awful experience, phone listed at Verizon, turns out it's T-mobile. Stylus never worked. Utterly useless phone and wasted $418. Do not buy from this company. BUYER BEWARE I asked for a partial credit for return bc I waited much longer than 30 days (my fault) but they would not do a thing for me. I believe that the customer isn't always right, I always have after working retail my whole life, but this company sucks and is SHADY. DO NOT BUY FROM Them. And shame on swappa for allowing this dirty ripoff company to sell on their platform. Negative 20 stars

Everything's great with the phone.

Got the phone faster than I had expected and the phone looks alot better than what it pictures online. Got this as a gift for someone and it works great so far. I would recommend this seller if anyone is thinking of buying future phones.

Keep getting "moisture detected" message when charging phone only when it's shut down. Not sure if this will change later, but I'm otherwise happy with the purchase.

I initially had a complaint but the customer service was handled very well and professionally.

Functions well technically but was definitely in worse shape than led to believe. The hinge is very bent and has indentions in the screen.
