The phone was received promptly but there was an issue with the speaker. All alerts came in garbled as did YouTube and Instagram etc -played garbly. Seller accepted the return with no problem but the purchase was a waste of time. Not to mention it appears that the back had been replaced but that didn't appear to be a issue.

Shipping Policies
Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.
Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
