Amazing!! I didn't know service like this still existed. A couple of hours after placing my order (including standard delivery) I realized I needed it sooner. I contacted CELL4LESS and he pleasantly allowed me to change my shipping to Express. I got the phone the next day. The total transaction took 2 days. Unbelievable! Phone looks and works great!

There was a problem getting the first phone to work on my network but the customer service was excellent and an exchange was sent. The new phone works great, but it does have a noticeable dead pixel. Overall, I'd say the customer service experience was mostly excellent, but I'm a little irritated about the dead pixel.
