Shipping was good however it's not the device as said in the listing. The screen does not acknowledge the pen. The pen tip was smashed in and I had to pull it out. The biggest problem is that it is not a Mobile Data tablet but a WiFi only! I had it in Tmobile the day I got it and we all looked at it and it's WiFi only. It says in the listing "unlocked" referring to any mobile carrier.

Laptop was in the announced condition, great customer support (damaged cord was easily and quickly replaced with a new one).

Received quickly and item arrived in great condition.
