I ordered an iPhone and, although it took a week to get it, then when I switched the SIM card from my old phone it said the account was not activated and calls failed. Phone seems to be working fine after I took it to the Verizon store and they gave me a new SIM card and reactivated the account. So, a little bit of a pain, but phone was in good shape and is working, so that’s what matters. Thanks for providing a service to reuse electronics.
