I appreciate the timely response and absolutely transparency from this seller . Apparently USPS made errors and marked my package as delivered with it still in their possession which was confusing to say the least—it was finally delivered today. I am writing this here incase someone else finds it useful.

The sale was overall pretty fair, but I do wish the damage of the phone was disclosed in the listing or actual images were uploaded. The damage isn't major enough to make me dislike the phone, but I likely would've tried to purchase a different one if I'd known about it. The condition of the item itself was marked at fair, so I did know there was a chance of it being damaged, still though they could've taken the time to show the damage in listing.

Everything was great and exactly as described, including communication after sale.

Phone is and wonderful, flawless condition. Will definitely buy from this seller again in the future!
