Received item. Worked for +/- six weeks, contacted because it kept saying, "too hot shutting down," or battery failure. Contacted regarding one-year warranty and getting my information off of the phone and they don't do that. Not really a "Warranty" just a refund if they say that they agree but since we have seen the reviews on Better Business Bureau and the internet we're not comfortable sending anything to them because we would lose the ability to potentially get our data off the device :(
