Phone looks fine; works so far. Fast shipping and mint condition. We are very happy with it.
The first phone we got had a pretty short battery life, so they sent us a prepaid label immediately and a few days later we got another one that worked perfectly. No hassles and in the end was just what we needed.
Structurally, the device looks almost new with only very tiny scratches on the corners. Functionally, the device seems to work perfectly so far - popped my Verizon SIM card in and got it activated in about 10 minutes, easy-peasy. Very happy with this product's quality so far!
The telephone arrived quickly and its condition was as good as advertised, if not better.
