My only criticism is that it was not completely wiped - I had to go in and reset to factory settings myself.

Hello, I am emailing this seller because I will be requesting for a new phone. Nearly everything works up to code, however, during phone calls I cannot hear the other person well as the speaker is disgruntled. I am still within my 45 Day warranty, though I still want my phone through this same seller being BuyBack Boss. If whomever reads this could email me at [email protected] I will appreciate it so we can get this done in a timely manner. Again, if there is a way a phone of the same quality could be provided that would be even better as I will be without one during the meantime.
