Top frame bezel was partially missing but it was fine works like a charm for my 2 year old.
The seller was very responsive and responsible. The first phone I was sent had problems, they quickly offered a refund or replacement. The replacement phone is in "mint" condition and works great. Would definitely buy from these folks again.
