My experience would have been better if I received an estimated time (day) of delivery upon checkout. It was ambiguous how long it would take to get here, and I later learned through the USPS tracking tool that it would be 5 business days before my wife’s new phone arrived. She was without a phone for 5 days...mother of 3, a busy lady. Swappa has great prices, but the trade off almost wasn’t worth it. If it were clear during checkout how long it would take for the phone to arrive, I would have purchased from a different seller offering “Express Shipping”. Even though this seller has on all listings “Free Same Day Shipping”, that definition is certainly not consistent with Amazon’s terminology of “Free Two Day Shipping”. On a positive note, the item received was as expected and working perfectly.
Great phone. Glad didn't have to buy a new "contract phone" to replace broken one.
