This whole process was much easier than I anticipated. The only difficulty I encountered was on the carrier's end--since my previous phone was an iPhone 5c I needed a new sim card (the 5c card was outdated). Otherwise the item arrived as described and is working great.
Too many validations on Swappa... how many times do I have to say I want to buy the phone.
