Well, the phone I purchased was previously owned by someone who hadn't paid their bill, so it was locked. I would've thought the seller would have figured this out ahead of time. However, they refunded me the money promptly, which I appreciate. This has wasted a lot of my time. Based on my prompt treatment though, I still would consider purchasing again.
