BEWARE>>>BEWARE>>>> BEWARE Seller advertises that their new phones are "NEW and in an unopened box, never used" The phone I received was opened....obviously the seal was opened and would have been obvious. Not only was it opened, the sim card was missing and upon taking to Sprint, the phone was restricted and attached to another account. This seller would not refund my money immediately, due to their mistake and incompetence (phones are supposed to be checked and verified thoroughly before selling per Swappa) but made me return the phone before giving me my money back, and then didn't refund all the amount due......very, very unpleasant experience....BEWARE>>>>BEWARE>>>BEWARE of doing business with this seller. I asked why the box was open (they were aware it the seal was broken) and they said they always look in the box to make sure everything is there.....they stated that they consider that an unopened box if all they were doing is checking. NO, that is not an un-opened box!!!!
