I was purchasing several phones for family members. I intended to purchase 3 phones however due to high security measures in place on bank cards, 2 of the purchases did not submit correctly so I had to resubmit them. However, this was a false error message on the paypal app. The payments did eventually go through which created 2 additional orders. Purchase was made on a Saturday, I contacted Buyback Boss on same day, they responded on the same day to let me know they would refund and cancel 2 of the phones. After 2 working days the refund had been processed and back in my account. This tells me they took care of it immediately. The phones arrived next day. This is a company who take care of their customers and the sale 100%. Will be doing business with them in the future! Thank you Buyback Boss !

Phone is working great. Beautiful condition. Arrived a bit late, but not because seller shipped it out late. USPS was just slow in delivery.
