Everything arrived on time and as stated.

The phone is marked as fair condition, I expected a few scratches, maybe even a chip or two in the frame, by no means was I expecting anything even close to flawless. I understand what the term fair means. I do not feel this phone is in fair condition. It looks like there is a giant crack thru the middle of the phone but it is a deep deep scratch, along with the screen being extremely scuffed. I have not even attempted to turn it on I'm so disappointed. I would like to return this item and get my money back. I also have multiple pictures as proof.

Phone works as it should and came as it was described. The max battery was 88% but it's not horrible but I wish it was mentioned in the description, but other than that I'd recommend this seller 110%. If I were to buy something again from swapper I will definitely use BuyBackBoss.
