Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Speaker doesn’t really work. Have to use EarPods to use phone. Also as soon as phone arrived had to take to apple store to replace battery.

I purchased an iPhone 5s. The phone arrived in good condition (as stated), however after having read the rigorous technical checklist advertised by the seller for his phones, I did not expect to get a phone with a sticky home button. The phone for all intents and purposes is fully functional, just the one sticking point. I do appreciate you providing the commodity at a fair price.

The device I received has numerous scratches and dings on the back housing, especially around the camera. The phone portrayed in images shows no such imperfections and the seller states it might not be the device as pictured but the device you receive will be the same or better. Definitely not my experience. I would return to the device but I don't have to time to wait to get a new one, unfortunately.

There was an issue with the sim card tray being jammed, but I found a solution for myself. Otherwise the phone was in very good shape.

Tagging this phone we received as "good" condition is quite a stretch. Tons of wear on nearly all edges of the device, to the point where the black paint is rubbed off nearly the entire perimeter. The screen is in good shape, and the phone will live in a case all the time. Just disappointed in a bit of false advertising as to the condition of the device overall.
