Five star seller
The customer service is very nice, but the business is very disorganized. I ordered on June 7th. They shipped on June 8th. All good right? Except, USPS lost the box. So nothing was moving. I called and they were very nice people, I worked with them while they tried to track things down. After two weeks, I asked that they just send a replacement unit. They resisted, indicating that they might have found the shipment, and asked me wait a little longer. No problem. Finally, I emailed and called and asked again, just send me a replacement or refund me and we can start over (none of this was really their fault). The problem is that one person sent me a replacement unit, while another refunded me. The replacement unit that was shipped to me wasn't what was advertised (advertised: new and unlocked - what I got: network locked, and clearly not new). At this point, I gave up and just asked them for an RMA to return the device I ostensibly ended up getting for free. Maybe next time...
Paid for an Unlocked HTC One M8. Instead, I got an AT&T branded phone with AT&T software on it. I had to track down the proper firmwares and flash multiple times to get to a true unlocked state, free of carrier bloat. I'm there now, but I paid the extra money for an unlocked version to cut down on the amount of work. Had I known, I would of simply bought a significantly cheaper AT&T HTC One M8 of the same physical quality that I received.

BREED ships via multiple carriers. All orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor the progress of the shipment. Please remember that the time it takes to receive your order includes the transit time with the carrier as well as the time it takes to process your order in the warehouse. Our goal is to process the order as quickly as possible; typically this means the same day or the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
BEEED’s goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by BREED are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by BREED, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a BREED error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
