Delivery took 13 days. Just opened package and the phone looks like it's brand new (mint condition)...we'll see how it performs.

The seller sent the incorrect model of phone in comparison to that advertised. There was some to-ing and fro-ing before resolving the problem, but I've now got my money back so all is well. It's a shame they didn't have the advertised phone though.

Would not recommend this seller at all. The proper model phone came, but not in the proper condition. When I asked if a mutually beneficial compromise could be reached, they said it was all or nothing. I could return the phone, or suck it up.

Their customer service is a copy/paste affair that does not answer any questions whatsoever, even if asked in a yes/no manner. I received this response four times in a row: "As a large seller we have a mixed inventory from many vendors and manufacturers; Some of the units will be in original packaging and others will be generic packaging.

There's no guarantee as to which packaging you'll receive; We can simply guarantee the condition of the phone to be as we are advertising."

They need better inventory control.

Shipping Policies


BREED ships via multiple carriers. All orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor the progress of the shipment. Please remember that the time it takes to receive your order includes the transit time with the carrier as well as the time it takes to process your order in the warehouse. Our goal is to process the order as quickly as possible; typically this means the same day or the next business day.

Return & Refund Policies


BEEED’s goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by BREED are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by BREED, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a BREED error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
