This will be honest and truthful. I'm a little disappointed with a Swappa "Trusted Seller" and I'm not sure how you maintain that rating when you're a poor communicator and don't keep the swappa sale page up-to-date. The seller did not reply to my question, and other people's questions about the device for over a day each time. After I decided to buy the device anyway without getting an answer to my question, theyl seller never marked the item shipped, or provided the tracking number on the sale page... I did however receive this information in a private email from an unknown company (I was expecting it to come from someone named Brandon K.) This caused some confusion!! The saving grace for this rating is that the item was shipped QUICKLY, and came as described even after terrible communication and confusion. Thanks Swappa!!

Would have been a 5 rating had all things including accessory charging cable as advertised been included in the original phone shipment. Seller however did finally follow through complete the sale as advertised.

Shipping Policies

Devices will be shipped within 1 business day in most cases. Devices are shipped with USPS 2-3 Day Priority or UPS. If you have a preference, let us know on the sale page. We strive to ensure your device arrives as fast as possible, however there may be delays from the carrier's end.

Expedited requests are shipped with UPS Next Day for an extra $40. Please let us know on the sale page if you'd like to add on Next Day shipping.

Return & Refund Policies

Returns are only accepted if there is an issue that was not described.

All devices are covered by a 30 day warranty. If a device has any issue within that time frame, it will be returned free of charge. This does not include accidental damage.

Change of address, buyer's remorse (before device being shipped), and other similar situations will be subject to a 5% fee, this 5% fee is charged to the seller (me) to issue any refund. This is a recent policy change by PayPal.
