Item was received in BETTER shape than seller even indicated. Brandon was very responsive to my questions and prompt with delivery. Great seller.
Phone was said to be new but had couple of fine scratches on the screen and back glass, however with a tempered glass on and case out of sight out of mind as they say. Stainless steel frame with a few scratches but that will happen on its own with time. Besides that everything as advertised, I theorize this was a refurbished by Apple since seller says he got the phone from Apple themselves but I had already expected this and battery was 100% capacity and performs great, honestly HIGHLY SATISFIED.

Shipping Policies
Devices will be shipped within 1 business day in most cases. Devices are shipped with USPS 2-3 Day Priority or UPS. If you have a preference, let us know on the sale page. We strive to ensure your device arrives as fast as possible, however there may be delays from the carrier's end.
Expedited requests are shipped with UPS Next Day for an extra $40. Please let us know on the sale page if you'd like to add on Next Day shipping.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are only accepted if there is an issue that was not described.
All devices are covered by a 30 day warranty. If a device has any issue within that time frame, it will be returned free of charge. This does not include accidental damage.
Change of address, buyer's remorse (before device being shipped), and other similar situations will be subject to a 5% fee, this 5% fee is charged to the seller (me) to issue any refund. This is a recent policy change by PayPal.
