Return & Refund Policies

In case of any defects, please contact us first before attempting any repairs yourself. Unauthorized repairs done after the device is in your possession will void the warranty. Any water damage or customer-inflicted damage will also void the warranty.

For a smooth refund process, ensure your phone is factory data reset before returning it. If any screen lock passcode or account information remains, we'll guide you through removing it remotely, ensuring a timely refund.

The IMEI of the returned device must match the one shipped to you, or your return will be canceled, and the device returned to you with no refund issued. We meticulously track every IMEI for accuracy.

Once your return is received and verified, allow 2 business days for testing before issuing your full refund.
