WORST TRANSACTION ON ANY PLATFORM EVER.
(1) Discovered immediately after purchase that Paypal address was out of date. I discovered that address was wrong, let seller know, gave correct address in the Swappa transaction comments, and updated address in PayPal. Seller agreed to send to new address, however, Seller sent to old address. PHone was returned to seller
(2) I informed seller that phone was returned. I gave Seller current address a second time. Seller sent to old address a second time. Phone was returned to seller a second time.
(3) Swappa then informed Seller and myself that, once transaction completed, shipping address can not be changed. Seller shoudl have informed me, then voided sale and refunded money so that I could re-purchase using current address. Instead, Seller did not inform me.
As of 12/26, Seller has not issued a refund. Seller has been reported to PayPal resolution center.
