FedEx was the issue in delivering my iphone, not AWT. Once it Finally arrived, my iphone was in mint condition, as expected, and works like it should.

I was worried because it's always possible for a refurbished phone to be a scam, but I was happy to discover this phone works perfectly. You almost wouldn't know it wasn't brand new except for a tiny scuff along the side that's covered by my phone case (it's so minor I really don't mind). I had to wait for my new SIM card to arrive to verify it was not locked and would work with my carrier, but once I put the card in everything worked fine! The battery life genuinely is at 100% health, I've not had any issues with calls or the speaker, all the buttons work properly. Overall a positive experience!

There was some initial stress because FedEx delivered it to the wrong address, at no fault of the seller. It has now been received and all is well.

We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with the order record.

We accept the return of items within 30 days of delivery. The buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.

Item must be returned in the original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.

Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
The issue being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In addition, a higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by the buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on the condition of returned item).

Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
