The phone initially found service, but after two different SIM cards and two visits to Sprint/T-Mobile, we figured it had to be the phone. Seller was super quick to respond and offered me options. I eventually returned the phone; they should receive it in two days; awaiting the refund.

Even though the phone we purchased could not work for us, the seller was spectacular in their assistance. I would highly recommend the the seller.
