First, this never should have been listed as mint. It is partly our fault for not studying the images more closely, but we trusted the rating system in place. There are scratches on the aluminum casing and a rather large swirl scratch on the screen. Most certainly not "mint" condition as described by Swappa.

Second the packaging was severely lacking. The phone was in a single thin bubble wrap sleeve and placed in a flat rate box to bounce around in transit.

Just an overall poor experience. Between the "mint" description and the poor packaging, not sure if we will use this service again. Hopefully the seller can at least up their packing game. People work hard to scrape together the money for these purchases and the lack care displayed was disappointing.
