Shipping Policies
Same day shipping on orders placed before 12PM PST - We also ship on Saturdays, orders must be placed before 10AM PST for same day shipping.
Due to our fast shipping process, we are not able to cancel orders or change shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Return & Refund Policies
If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will respond as soon as possible.
We accept returns. It must be within our 7 day window and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For a refund to be processed, you must ensure that all personal accounts, such as iCloud or Google, are completely removed from the device; we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund if the device remains locked to a personal account.
To qualify for a refund merchandise has to be sent back to us in the same condition listed.
