The watch is in great shape. However, the seller listed it as the black model even though it was silver, and due to the misleading "seller fulfills from inventory pool" flag, the pictures weren't trustworthy. Neutral because the product did arrive in good condition and with a charger.

The product I received was practically brand new. The box was already open (ofc because it was not listed as brand new).

My only issue was the time they took to initially ship it out, which was 5 entire days after my purchase.

I have never waited so long for something to ship out from this site before.

Shipping Policies


Mostly we use UPS to ship our items with signature required.
It’s buyers responsibility to check the item at the time of delivery . If theres any issue with the package when buyer receives it , they should refuse the delivery.
- if the buyer reports item is missing or package was opened , we request a video evidence for the buyer opening the package and its empty. If no video evidence , we will not approve the claim.
- if tracking says item was delivered and buyer claims , it wasn’t delivered , its buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
- in case the buyer dont receive the item and the item is returned to us a 10% restocking fees and shipping fees will be deducted from the total .
