Shipping was prompt, however, the device was listed as in good condition but had a lot of dings and was more accurately in fair condition. The ad stated that the phone came with the OEM charger and this was not the case. Also, the seller was really slow communication wise---I asked when the device would ship and when I might receive it and never received a response.
