The first phone I order through Adopt-a-Phone ended up having a mechanical charging issue that was not caused by me or the seller that started about two months after I recieved it. After learning about this, they allowed me to send back the malfunctioning phone and replaced it, even though I was technically a few days out of the 60-day warranty.
