Adopt a phone reached out to me super fast regarding an issue I had with my phone company and walked me through the process needed to get my phone working. They told me to go to my local service provider and request a new SIM card, which I did, and now my new phone is working great and in use!! I didn’t know I needed a SIM card so for a second I thought the phone wasn’t going to work but they were great at helping me sort it all out. The phone works amazingly well and shipped within 2 days…with regular shipping. I’m really happy with my purchase and their customer service! Oh, and the phone stated it was in “good” condition (7/10) and I can’t see ONE tiny scratch or ding. It looks brand new, better than I even expected! I’m a happy customer for sure :)
