I was very impressed with the phone. Flawless, zero defects..it was a brand new phone with no cosmetic marks. It was better than advertised. Very Pleased!!

Everything is as described. The USB-C cable that comes in the box fits the port in the phone, but it doesn't go in easily, and I can't use the cable in my car; it keeps telling me to disconnect and reconnect the device. I haven't tried to charge it with the charging block, but I probably won't use that or the cable since I still have the one from my old phone, but I appreciate the seller adding them in the purchase. Thank you!

The item appears to be in excellent condition as described. However the seller misplelled the street and got the wrong zip code so UPS was unable to deliver it to me. I had to take an hour off and go down to the UPS depot to retrieve it.
