While the phone was not able to be activated by Sprint, seller provided return shipping label and prompt refund.

I was very impressed with the packaging as they made sure it arrived in great condition. Everything was as described and like new. It’s a Christmas gift so it isn’t set up yet. Hopefully all is good.
