Iphone 8 received in mint condition as stated. Packaged with care and professionalism, it even includes a special pin to open the sim tray and their name brand pop socket. I transferred my apps and data to my new phone seamlessly and was able to transfer the sim card easily without the help of a Verizon or Apple tech, and begin using my new phone without 1 issue. I would purchase from this seller again!

The seller was very responsive when attempting to resolve an issue preventing phone swap. The carrier needed to make a change in the backend system to force the new ICCID (SIM chip SN) to update. Once that was completed, the phone swap completed.
