Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
An adult signature may be required for certain packages.

Shipping Options:
- Regular shipping = USPS First Class Mail (FREE)
- Expedited shipping = USPS Priority or FedEx Overnight ($20 Extra)

If your order is made on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday (Holidays excluded). Expect to receive your package within 2 - 5 business days, unless expedited. We DO NOT ship to any address other than the one specified at check out. Faster shipping methods are available for an additional fee at checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.

If you are returning the item for any reason there is no refund for upgraded shipping methods paid for during checkout as this is an optional service.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase!
We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 4% cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

We do NOT ship international or to APO/FPO adresses. We do not ship to freight forwarding or international mail forwarding boxes. If an order is placed to this address, we will cancel with a 4% fee.

Your device is covered under a 30-day warranty! After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (listed below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

OUR WARRANTY COVERS:
- Manufacturer defects
- Item received significantly not as described

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Damage of any type
- Buyer's remorse (changed your mind)

• We Have 30 Days Return Policy. After which we will not accept returns/exchange.
• If the item is broken/damaged and not in the original condition as sold, we will not accept any returns.
• In case of buyer’s remorse or did not description, we will accept return within 2 days of delivery but will charge a restocking fee of 15%.
• Please verify your address at checkout matches the address on PayPal.
• As per new PayPal Policy, any refunds due to change in address will result in 3% PayPal Non-Refundable Fee.
• All returns where the issue is not found will be charged with a restocking fee of 15% + PayPal Fees.
• We do NOT ship to Alaska/Hawaii or any P.O. Boxes.

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
- Returned device is in same condition as sold
- All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
- No password locks
- Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)

If you wish to return a fully functional device within the 30 days for any reason, a 15% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective / buyer remorse device returns and refunds. Orders that are cancelled due to having an incorrect address will also be charged a 4% restocking fee.
