Shipped fast, but phone not as described. Sold as mint, screen visibly scratched did not meet swappa "mint' standard: perfect screen. Returned phone 12/1/15, waiting for signature confirmation and refund as of 12/6/15. Not heard from seller since 11/30/15. Return confirmed delivered 12/9, no refund and no return postage reimbursement rcvd as of 12/14.
