This phone had way more than a little scratches. The whole bezel was bumped up like it was dropped, the screen had scratches, and the whole back did. So clearly not a few scratches. It looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, not even close. Also, the micro usb port had a piece of the cardboard or something by the port that was sticking up. Luckily all of these problems still seemed to be just cosmetic issues, and I hope I won't run into major problems in the future, usually ones due to a phone that was dropped etc. I would request a return, if not for the hassle that that may entail, and the phone seems to be functioning normally...for now.

The phone had issues from the start. The person you are talking to can only hear you if you keep your phone on speaker. Now the battery will not charge unless I use a wireless charger.
