There was a small nic in the screen. Very easy to miss upon inspection. The seller chose to let me return for a full refund. I decided to keep it. Very fair seller, very fast shipping. Very good experience.

The phone was in good condition. However, it did not come with a charger since this was the first Apple product I purchased I did not have a charger. When I contacted the seller who advise me I can get the charger from amazon or ebay. I was disappointed with the respond I got, so instead of trying to return this item back I went ahead and order a charger from amazon. It took awhile for me to get the charger to be able to charge the phone in order for me to activate the phone. But this is a lesson learn so for any future purchases I will make sure to ask more question before buying anything on line.

Phone was as described, however, was unable to activate through Verizon. Returned phone to seller and money was refunded.

After receiving a galaxy s6, I realized that there was a Samsung account established on the phone that could not be removed without the password. After trying to figure a way around it it was determined it couldn't be done even after going to Verizon. This should not have happened on the sellers part. Communication with the seller could have been better but I did receive a refund. I was also stuck with the cost of shipping the phone back. Not happy about that at all.
