Feeling very neutral about this purchase. The phone shuts off whenever the hell it wants, whether the display reads 4, 25, or 50%. I had my last iPhone 5 for more than 2 years and did not have this issue. I have to have a smartphone bc my job requires me to manage social media so I'm keeping it but will also have to eventually purchase another one which is disappointing but I live in queens and work in Manhattan so I can't be constantly plugging it in to wake it up :(

I thought the phone was awesome until I realized there is a small crack on both the top and bottom, the speaker doesn't work basically at all and sometimes it doesn't even charge. Awesome (sarcasm noted)

Had initial problems with phone but was able to solve them. Seller offered full refund and stood behind his sale. I would buy from this seller again.
