Product was as described
The phone was great when I got it. Then a month after I bought it it was reported as stolen. It was blacklisted a while afterward so the phone was rendered useless. When I brought this to this seller’s attention, all they provided me was a quote of the FAQ, basically washing their hands of the issue. Very rude sellers with poor costumer service. Would not recommend anyone buy from them. After this experience I don’t think I would recommend anyone use Swappa at all. I definitely won’t be.
