The phone is in good condition. However, the charger is not original so I had to get a different one that worked, and after several attempts the phone is yet to be detected by iTunes on my computer.

Holy smokes, guy -- do you really ship all your devices wrapped in a piece of paper in a shipping envelope? Please consider bubble wrap, if not a box. The WHOLE REASON I needed a new phone was a cracked screen. It arrived okay, but sheesh, future buyers...

Was very disappointed after unboxing this iPhone 5S. Battery only last a max of 2-3 hours and did not even come with charger. Sad! Will be doing all I can to get refund and/or getting a replacement.
